Part-Time or Full-Time Accountant

The Accountant position is responsible to perform and oversee all aspects of the Accounting Department to include A/R and A/P functions, monthly financial statements, financial analysis as needed for capital investments and cash flow requirements and providing analytical support to the executive team as required. Will process expense reports, credit card statements and ensure timely bank payments.

Must have the ability to think critically and work to improve efficiency and internal controls without compromising accuracy and details of work. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Must also be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and have excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills. Must be able to work in the office (not remote), flexible hours of Monday – Friday, 7:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and current CPA certification is required with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting. Manufacturing accounting experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
