Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Runner. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that food is delivered promptly and accurately to our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables or designated areas
- Ensure that all food items are presented in an appealing and organized manner
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Help to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries from guests

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or catering setting
- Familiarity with bussing or food handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper food service etiquette and cleanliness standards
