Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality and customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and handling cash transactions. If you have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Seat guests in a timely manner and ensure their comfort
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
- Provide accurate wait times to guests and manage the waiting list
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or reservations
- Handle cash transactions using Aloha POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/cashier station
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with food service when needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well within a team
