High School ESL Coach

• Effective communicator
• Proficient in data interpretation
• Team player
• Flexible
• Deep knowledge and ability to teach ELD
• Confident and willing to lead teachers professionally
• Master's degree preferred
• 5 years or more of successful ESL teaching experience
• High school teaching experience
• Holds a valid ESL Tennessee teaching license (no waivers or permits)
• 11-month contract
