Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Technician/Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional window cleaning services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Perform window cleaning services efficiently and effectively, including washing, scrubbing, and polishing windows to a sparkling finish.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all windows are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques to complete cleaning tasks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing service requests, and maintaining accurate records of work performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and support the overall success of the business.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in window cleaning or related field preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform cleaning tasks, including working at heights and lifting/moving equipment as needed.
