Position : Maintenance Repairman
Shift : 1st (7am-3 : 20pm)
Pay : $20.88 to $23.87
Primary Function :
To maintain and repair shop equipment and build new equipment as required.
Tools and Equipment Used :
Mechanics hand tools, volt-ohm-ampere meter, test lights, all Fab Shop equipment and machine lathe.
Working Procedures and Skills :
- Read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams, installation and operating instructions, maintenance and lubricating instructions.
- Read and interpret volt-ohm-ampere meter.
- Inspect shop equipment for proper operation and wear.
- Replace worn and / or defective parts.
- Build new shop equipment.
- Assist other employees as directed by supervisor.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Perform work in a safe manner, using all safety systems and devices available and following all safety rules.
Requirements :
- 2 year's experience working in a maintenance repairman role
- Experience working with basic electrical / wiring
- Experience working with hydraulics / pneumatics
- Experience with AC / DC motors and single phase
