Russo Development is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Treasury Analyst to join our growing team. The candidate chosen for this newly created role will be placed at our corporate office located in Carlstadt, NJ.

 Position Responsibilities: 

• Daily cash reconciliation to confirm beginning cash balances of consolidated company and individual entities. Ensure that all prior day payments have been properly recorded in daily cash log by entity. 
• Own and drive covenant reporting and financial certifications to banks and lenders
• Work with banks to establish and maintain the company’s accounts and banking services. Account openings may be expedited as new entities are formed to facilitate acquisitions. Transfer of bank accounts to a new bank as needed.
• Implement new banking services as needed.
• Recommend and implement improvements to current cash management process.
• Creation of a robust cash flow forecast from scratch that ties to both historical actuals and the company's forecast.
• Coordinate funding requirements with the CFO and equity investors.
• Prepare tax assessments certifications and other documentation required by local and state government entities.
• Assist in credit card processing and reconciliation as needed. 
• Assist in managing relationships with key banks and lenders.
• Serve as a back-up to Accounts Payable for payment processing.
• Participate in system improvement projects when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required
• 4-7 years’ experience in Treasury required
• Demonstrable financial modeling skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Knowledge of cash/bank management products, cash flow forecasting required
• Strong quantitative sills to analyze data
• Excellent communication ability at all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational skills required
• Strong problem resolution skills required
• Previous experience in technology system implementation projects is a plus
• Working towards CTP, MBA, or CPA credentials a plus
