Business Systems Analyst - SuccessFactors
3 months contract with possibility of extension
REMOTE
Pays - $45- $55/hr W2 (depends upon experience)

Skill :- * 6 years of direct experience deploying and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). ( ****** MUST HAVE*****)

• Expertise in the core set up of SuccessFactors, the core object, business rules, process design, role-based permissions, and synchronization across the EC modules of TA, Compensation, Talent, Learning and Onboarding. ( ********* MUST HAVE******)
• Prior experience with requirements documentation.
• Ability to work across multiple project teams helping to define requirements and impacts.
• Prior experience designing position management, the setup of the object as well as the integrated process of managing positions (creating, assigning, changing, etc.).
• Experience creating test plans and scripts.
