Contract: 7 Months
Location: Boston, MA (HYBRID)
Pay Range: 40-50/hr depending on experience
Summary: We are looking for a Digital Operations Manager to lead both executional and strategic projects within our Global Digital Content & Design team
Responsibilities:
- Lead global design and copy sprint workflow and execution
- Resource allocation tracking & planning
- Project management of seasonal visual design system & narrative framework creation
- Assist with updates & governance of our online Standards & Guidelines/Onboarding portal
- Document new processes and best practices as needed
- Understand the vision and strategy of our team at a macro level and be able to implement micro level projects to execute against that strategy.
- Always be looking for ways to find efficiencies and better ways to working
- Operational excellence always: ensure you deliver high quality work, on time and on budget 100% of the time
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- 2-3 years of experience with paid media including paid social and online video/motion
- Strong understanding of project management tools like Asana, Slack, MS Office, Figma, Box
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and the online space with a strong knowledge of digital commerce, performance marketing (email, paid social and other media), A/B testing, and UX.
