Russell Tobin is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator (part-time) Near Milwaukee, WI

Great temporary part-time opportunity!

Compensation Range: $21-24/hour

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Our client is looking for somebody with office experience to start ASAP for the role of Administrative/Office Coordinator.
Monday through Friday 8:00 am– 1:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing essential soft services to support employee needs.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and arrangement of office spaces.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, listening to their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of local office meetings and events.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures to uphold a professional work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality within a hotel or corporate setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic office environment.
  • Flexibility to work five days a week in the office.
