Russell Tobin & Associates is Hiring a Client partner Near Miami, FL

What are we looking for in our Client Partner I?

Location : Miami, FL

Duration : 12 months

Pay rate : $35-$45 (Depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Music Business, or related field preferred.
  • Support the team and work hand-in-hand with Strategic Partner Managers on general administrative and partner manager tasks.
  • Support for partner inquiries and support requests, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation within the music industry or related field.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to Strategic Partner Managers on partner performance, trends, and opportunities for growth, as well as work with SPMs on marketing campaigns, and content distribution.
  • Ability to generate data and budget reports summarizing key insights and trends.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage weekly data tracking processes efficiently.
  • Advanced proficiency in data tracking methodologies and tools, including but not limited to Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized data tracking software.
  • Ability to develop and maintain detailed dashboards or reporting frameworks for real-time tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Prior experience providing support to Partner Managers, data analysis, digital marketing or similar roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support, including contracts, payments, POs, invoices, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with support teams across the organization.
  • Meetings : From time to time, attend planning / execution meetings with partners
  • Familiarity with music label operations and industry dynamics is a plus.

Skills

  • 2 years digital / music experience (interaction with record labels a plus but not required)
  • Firm understanding of social media platforms and interaction with music.
  • Ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment.
  • Speak fluent English and Spanish.
