What are we looking for in our Contract Administration Specialist?

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting an exciting pharmaceutical organization that has an opening for a hybrid Contract Administration Specialist near Summit, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring execution of Commercial contracts from supporting the process from inception to execution.
• Support bid response, redlining / drafting, negotiation, internal approvals, execution, amendments, and retirement
• Work with sales and takes the lead in drafting and seeking approval of new contract language when necessary
• Maintain a repository of contracts
• Understand discounts, rebates, and other contract levers and tool sets for contract strategy setting
• Interfaces with legal
• Coordinates contract negotiations
• Coordinate post deal activities

Requirements

• 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare environment in roles involving proposal development, bid response, contracting administration including writing contract adjudication

Additional Notes :

• Position type : 6 month contract
• Hybrid position
• Pay rate range approved $60-82 / hr depending on experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
