Construction LaborerWe are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team at Silverdale, WA. The position is full-time, year-round and includes weekend work and overtime (as-needed).
Job DescriptionPerform site cleanup daily.
Organize and clean apartment buildings under construction.
Ensure safety standards are followed.
Organize material around the site and within buildings under construction.
Perform general labor tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:Construction Experience Is PreferredMust be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
Must be able to work in all weather conditions (indoor and outdoor)
Must be able to work at heights up to 50’ tall while maintaining a safe working environment
Must have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Must have the ability to use basic hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, etc.

401K after 6 months of employment (3% company contribution).
Paid Time Off (PTO) – accrual begins 90 after start date.
6 paid holidays.
2 floating holidays per year.
Paid Sick Time – 52 hours of paid sick time – Given at the beginning of every year. They may be used as vacation time. They do not roll over into the following year.
Pay based on experience.
