Compensation:

$100,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Source and connect with leads to generate new business
  • Employ tactics for bargaining with buyers’ representatives to obtain the most beneficial deal for the customer
  • Promote and stage properties to entice potential buyers expeditiously
  • Reply to every lead and potential buyer quickly to form a dedicated client base
  • Handle incoming inquiries from various sources, such as email, phone, text, and CRM
  • Constantly proffer sincere advice and service to customers
  • Maintain contact with clients to expand customer base
  • Participate in an energetic and congenial team environment where everyone collaborates as family Rewrite:
  • Source and connect with prospects to establish new business
  • Utilize strategies for negotiating with buyers’ agents to get the best possible deal for the client
  • Market and present homes to draw in prospective buyers quickly
  • Reply to all leads and potential homebuyers promptly to form a strong client base
  • Manage incoming contacts from various sources, such as email, telephone, text, and CRM
  • Regularly give helpful advice and service to clients
  • Network and advertise to promote potential customers
  • Work in an energetic, team atmosphere where everyone
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a current Real Estate License
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of using a Real Estate CRM to store client data accurately
  • Collaborative attitude with an understanding that success is an entire team effort
  • Possess knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Open-mindedness to learn new technologies, systems, and tools
  • Always maintains an optimistic attitude and is an excellent communicator in writing and verbally
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to flourish in a team-oriented environment
