Position: Seasonal Florist Designer

Duration: April 30th - May 17th, with the potential to become a permanent employee.

Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Florist Designer at Russell Florist, you will play a crucial role in creating stunning floral arrangements for Mother's Day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Floral Design: Conceptualize and execute unique and eye-catching floral arrangements for Mother's Day and other special occasions.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all floral arrangements meet our high standards of quality, freshness, and design excellence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in floral design is highly preferred, but not required.
• Creativity and an eye for design.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work during the specified seasonal period.

Schedule:

This temporary position will run from 4/30-5/17, covering the peak demand for Mother's Day. The working hours will be flexible with mornings, afternoons and evenings available.
