Russ Hadick and Associates has partnered with a well established heavy civil /drilling construction company with a West USA footprint, Office in Boise, Idaho. They are looking to bring on a seasoned Project Manager and Estimator with experience in Bridge and Deep Foundation construction. They are looking for a person that is familiar with working on projects from bid to close out and has experience working with DOT and private clients. Requirements

· 8-15 years in Drilling Construction Bridge Work, Commercial Foundations

· Experience handles multiple projects with multiple self perform crews

· Experience working with Deep Foundation work- piling, drilled foundations, CFA, Tie- Backs, Piers, ETC

· Familiar with Primavera P6

· Strong track record of proven leadership
