Primary responsibilities of the job include:
· Seeking managing experience in healthcare construction projects
· Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills
· Must have at least 5 years of experience managing CRM construction projects
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Successfully managing projects on time and on budget
A successful candidate will possess the following:
· A 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering
· Experience with projects of at least $10 million
· 5 years direct experience in healthcare construction, will also look at ground up schools and commercial projects
· A desire to do things right the first time
· Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
· Understanding of shop drawings
· Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
· EI, PE, or industry certifications are highly desired
Salary Range: $90-120K
