Summary

We are seeking a Body Shop Customer Service Representative with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task and have the willingness to learn and adapt. This individual will greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and the estimator. This position will also be responsible for basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers both in person and on the telephone 
• Schedule repair estimates and appointments
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
• Create files and organize documents
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Assist the manager with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
• Customer service experience
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management
• Professional personal appearance
• Strong attention to detail
