Job Summary: The mission of this positions is to contribute to the success of the company by working directly with the CFO to ensure the company is supplied with accurate, timely financial information in compliance with both best practices and the company standards. What You’ll Do:

• Effectively coordinates financial reports review. 
• Designs effective reports around directives received from CEO and corporate needs.
• Conducts franchise reconciliations and monthly closings.
• Proposes solutions to issues found in documented findings.
• Consistently monitors company-wide department compliance.
• Oversee company-wide compliance for all franchises.
• Manage business office personnel.
• Supervise and make day-to-day decisions as to all members of the business office.
• Build client relationships/retention.
• Exemplifies corporate culture. Client centric vision
• Initiates personal/professional development.
• Maintains current job and product knowledge to improve effectiveness with clients and assigned tasks.

 What You’ll Need:

• Accounting degree (CPA).
• At least 5-10 years of business-related Controller experience and/or business-related financial reporting. 
• Excellent understanding of industry related DMS. Ability to interpret DMS accounting reports. 
• Strong understanding of Excel Workbooks and formulas.
• Proficiency and technical aptitude to effectively utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Pay Range

USD $180,000.00 - USD $240,000.00 /Yr.
