Job Summary

The Department of Mental Health and Addition Services (DMHAS) utilizes Provider Quality Reports, which are designed to evaluate consumer outcomes and agency and program performance on a wide range of performance measures. The reports are distributed quarterly, and are utilized by DMHAS to evaluate services funded by DMHAS. Data from Rushford's electronic health records is regularly interfaced with the DMHAS Data Performance (DDAP) database, the central repository of data used in the Provider Quality Reports.

The DDAP Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, analyzing and trouble-shooting issues of Rushford data reported through DDAP to DMHAS to help ensure the quality and accuracy of data. Works collaboratively with DMHAS to ensure reporting meets program requirements. Works collaboratively with IT department as well as program directors and supervisors in order to ensure quality measures are met. Also responsible for staff training, and generating and interpreting a variety of reports regarding DDAP for leaders in the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitors Rushford's Data quality in DDAP utilizing reports on weekly basis.
• Responsible for working with the company's IT department to monitor and analyze DDAP and Rushford's electronic record.
• Responsible for distribution of tasks to program supervisors in regards to managing program rosters.
• Responsible to collaborate with DMHAS representative in relation to DDAP reporting.
• Trains new staff and managers on DDAP system and managing error reports to ensure accuracy of data in Rushford's electronic record.
• Trains staff on the importance of accurate Substance Abuse Treatment Information System (SATIS) and National Outcome Measures (NOMS) documentation that is documented in DDAP.
• Elevates any problems or concerns associated with data reporting to all levels of leadership and works to define corrective action plans and identifies needs.
• Conducts bi-weekly DDAP meetings.
• Reports fidelity scores and key quality indicators to Rushford's Executive Quality Committee on quarterly basis.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in mental health field
• Knowledge of DDAP system is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and proficient in use of personal computer
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills
