Job Summary:
Rush Graphics is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Marketing Lead Generator and Outreach Representative. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth by identifying new business prospects and initiating contact through cold calling, emailing, and in-person visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads and contacts within our target market.
• Utilize various channels and tools to gather relevant information and compile a database of prospects.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails and visit to prospects, introducing Rush Graphics' services and assessing their printing and creative needs.
• Follow up with leads to maximize outreach efforts
• Articulate the value proposition of Rush Graphics' products and services to prospects effectively.
• Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments for further engagement with our sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to develop strategies for lead generation and outreach campaigns.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
• Facilitate seamless transitions by connecting qualified leads with the appropriate account managers or sales team members for further collaboration.
• Act as a liaison between leads and internal teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and effective communication throughout the sales process.
• Provide ongoing support to account managers or sales team members by sharing insights and relevant information gathered during initial lead interactions.

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and engaging phone presence.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Knowledge of the printing and creative industry or related fields is desirable

Schedule:

This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our Hawthorne, NJ location
