Rush Copley Medical Center is Hiring a Supervisor/Patient Access Near Aurora, IL

Directly responsible for the daily operations of the Emergency Room greeter, registration, center secretary and financial counseling functions. Acts as a resource for other outpatient registration hospital-wide and is responsible for recommending improvements in areas of registration.

Position Requirements:

  • High School graduate required; Bachelors’ degree preferred
  • Proficient in the use of information technology, EPIC knowledge a preferred
  • Financial data analysis abilities, Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases required.
  • Advanced business skills of computer systems and operational process knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of Management experience in healthcare Registration, Patient Accounts, or health insurance experience
