Rush Cannabis in Oxford, MI is looking for a highly motivated individual that is as passionate about cannabis we are.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, providing product information, and ensuring a positive and safe experience for all customers.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of cannabis use
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory levels, strains, and product availability
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Keep the sales floor clean and organized at all times
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers
- Experience with cash register operations or jewelry sales is beneficial
