Responsibilities

The Branch Business Developer typically works as part of a team within the branch location and is primarily responsible for understanding and identifying opportunities in the market, local networking and relationship building with targeted potential customers, involvement in trade organizations, conducting needs assessments, assisting in estimating, creating and presenting proposals, closing on business with new or existing customers and maintaining long term client relationships.


Qualifications

Ideal candidates will work equally well independently or as part of a group, have a track record of success in developing business to business relationships and generating long term service contracts in the landscape, grounds maintenance, property management, or related fields, and have a good knowledge of the commercial service industry and the local landscape market, be well organized and detail-oriented. Responsabilidades
