Runwise is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Lead who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.

Runwise (www.runwise.com) is a fast-paced New York City-based energy start-up that controls and runs heating systems in over 6,000 buildings throughout the Northeast. Runwise’s unique hardware and software services significantly reduce energy usage- substantially lowering costs and carbon output. As of today, Runwise’s technology takes the equivalent of 35,000 cars worth of emissions off the road each year.

THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Inventory Lead at Runwise, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of departments including Field Operations, Scheduling, Onboarding, Logistics, and Procurement. You will ensure that the warehouse executes on all field inventory tasks including picking and packing, tech lead support, scheduling shipments, cycle counts, and more. You will work closely with the Procurement Manager on part needs and forecasting in addition to the Technical Program Manager for all shop-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Carry materials and tools around the shop for picking, packing, and storage
• Picking and packing install and service call bags and replenishing tech lead van stock
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pick and pack shop storage racks
• Oversee shop communication with field techs and field leaders
• Utilize tracking mechanisms to ensure the correct quantity of products are built and ready for the field
• Build products as needed

Requirements:

• 2 years of inventory-related or equivalent experience

• High School diploma or GED.

Salary (Hourly Rate): $30-$40 (Based on experience)
