General Responsibilities/Purposes:
The Production Supervisor oversees and Operators Process Tower and Forms Area and oversees responsible for the Safety & Quality operation of the Forms, Tower & processes. This position requires knowledge of both theoretical & hands-on operations of all equipment and tools utilized to manufacture EMAS.
This position meets these goals by safely running the process; making critical decisions on when / how to adjust any and all parameters to meet production quality / targeted rates; continuously improving operation of the Forms, Tower production cells.
Specific Duties/Accountabilities Approximate
Lead of EMAS Production People & Processes, Tower & Forms · Responsible for all equipment safety protocols, specifically enforcing Lock-Out / Tag-Out procedures. · Knowledge of Tower equipment and their respective operations. · Accountable for identified daily production targets for Forms, Tower. · Review Tower data daily ensuring set parameters are constant. · Test & review Tower CC one-day test results utilizing the data to determine operating parameters daily. · Monitors all Tower & Forms Area processes daily. · Communicates continuously regarding Tower and Forms troubleshooting. · Monitors all historic data to identify process trends with the Team. · Monitors all process conditions daily. · Escalates critical issues to appropriate management team members. · Plan and Organize people & Process scheduling. · Conduct Monthly One on Ones with Teammates
