The Service Shop Technician primarily is responsible for light repair and maintenance of customer’s small power tools / equipment.

Service Shop Technicians are responsible to provide the highest level of customer service and the highest quality of service work possible.

We are primarily looking to fill a full-time role however, qualified part-time candidates may be considered.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Loading and unloading equipment, machine assembly, installation of equipment, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Must be able to perform in a productive and positive manner in high stress and fast paced work environment with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain proper certifications that may be required.
• General machine maintenance, facility maintenance, service calls, and on-site evaluations and equipment demos.
• Willing to travel for trade shows and training opportunities.
• Must represent Runnings in a professional and positive manner.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, delivery truck, etc.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
