Run Unlimited is the Future of Indoor Running. As Florida’s only dedicated indoor running studio, we offer a dynamic, highly energetic, and innovative group-based workout experience. In addition to group-based workouts, our specialized equipment provides individuals that are training for races of all distances and types, 5k’s to ultra marathons, from trail runs to obstacle course races, with a controlled environment where they can target their training and gain an advantage of their competition.

We are expanding our team of enthusiastic, encouraging, and supportive humans that love fitness and deeply believe in our unique concept. The Team is upbeat, dedicated, and they enjoy helping members exceed fitness and running-related goals.

We are seeking a well organized, creative, social media savvy individual with interest in promotion and advertising.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving increased virtual traffic to the Run Unlimited website and app, in-real-life traffic to the Run Unlimited Studio and our classes, and increasing local social media followers. The Marketing Coordinator will also create an advertising framework and present data regularly to Run Unlimited staff that demonstrates audience engagement and growth. We are interested in the creative use of nano influencers, micro influencers, and brand ambassadors to generate soft and/or warm leads.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy for growth of the Run Unlimited brand
  • Manage social media accounts and create and activate engaging social media content
  • Develop ad campaigns across platforms and optimize toward goals based on tracking metrics (i.e. website visits, leads, booked sessions, etc.)
  • Propose advertising budgets designed to reach audience groups at an optimal level to drive results
  • Monitor audience trends and respond appropriately to organic growth opportunities
  • Develop targeting groups (e.g. weight loss, corporate wellness, high income, experienced runners, new to marathons, etc.) to test and translate learnings into strategies that produce highly qualified leads
  • Create graphics for the Run Unlimited website and social media pages
  • Maintain brand standards in all social media channels including image use, writing, and other content standards
  • Collaborate with team members on other projects as needed
  • Consider other platforms such as TikTok for opportunities to grow online followers that ultimately drive high value, highly qualified leads

Requirements

  • Must be able to creatively use studio tours, price quotes, free trials, etc. to produce leads that result in members
  • Advanced understanding of analytics and how to optimize toward goals
  • Ability to adapt to the style, tonality and vernacular of the current “voice” of employee and consumer facing Instagram and other social mediums
  • Ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously without being overwhelmed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats
  • Be punctual, reliable, consistent, transparent, and highly responsive
  • Have a Positive Attitude
  • Willingness to learn and teach
  • Ability to attending local races to help promote the brand, support local races, and support our members
