The Operations Coordinator is a flexible team member in a high-volume video production facility with strong business judgment and an ability to deliver results in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment. Success in this role is a strong self-starter who has excellent attention to detail and follow-through. In this role, the Operations Coordinator will develop a deep understanding of our production and operational capabilities and requirements.
As a Operations Coordinator, You Will 
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with production partners to ensure smooth and compliant project opening and project billing.
  • Improve the customer experience by delivering timely, accurate and professional support.
  • Help producers and suppliers coordinate and organize their projects.
  • Coordinate, prepare and assist with proper project billing on a set monthly schedule.
  • Coordinate and track the scheduling of external Stages crew members.
  • Coordinate and track Booking Agreements for external Stages crew members.
  • Work closely with Stages Supervisor and Operations Stages Manager to find efficiencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Administrative and coordination experience required (1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation
Pay Range: $27.40 – $28.37(Hourly)
The successful candidate’s starting pay will not exceed $28.37/hour and will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
Benefits:
Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
