RUN Studios is looking for an enthusiastic Crewing Coordinator to support requests from internal Producers and external clients. This role will support producers in hiring crew across various projects, including video shoots and live broadcast events.

This role is an integral part of connecting our production crew with our producers, advocating on behalf of crew needs while also balancing and supporting project needs. A passion for problem solving, attention to detail, ability to think on your feet and act with agility is key to success in this role.

The ideal candidate will take ownership with a project manager mindset, partnering with stakeholders to anticipate needs, make resource recommendations, provide budget estimates, and assist with project coordination. You’ll also build relationships with our crew and producers, to maintain a positive, supportive, and fun cultural atmosphere.

This hybrid role is up to 75% on-site in Redmond, WA.

This role will work closely with Talent Sourcers and Producers across RUN.

As a Crewing Coordinator, You Will

• Fulfilling request to book Crew, primarily for Stages to support Video Production and Live Events
• Provide project quotes aligning to an established rate card
• Project reconciliation, tracking project costs, resource time entry, invoices, and resolving discrepancies for accurate billing
• Work with Team Leads to understand key Crew roles and Facility capabilities
• New resource engagement/onboarding/coordination of training
• Building strong relationships with resources and clients
• Understanding and anticipating stakeholder needs
• Building a pipeline of candidates in partnership with Sourcers to ensure adequate service support
• Identifying opportunities for efficiencies and process improvement initiatives
• Internal team collaboration on best practices

• Expertise in Customer Service and root cause resolution
• Strong assessment and analytical skills; big picture thinker
• Ability to support tactical needs while being strategic
• Ability to see next steps ahead with contingency plans in times of ambiguity
• Substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Word)
• Experience in the Video Production/Live Event Broadcast industry
• 2 years of Producing and or Crewing experience
• Excellent time management to meet project deadlines
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Extremely detail oriented and can organize to track data with accuracy
• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Knowledge of Stages related Crewing role
• Experience with Staffing, contingent workforce, short- and long-term placement
• Talent Sourcing Experience
