Rumson Country club is Hiring a Line Chefs AM and PM Near Rumson, NJ
Rumson Country Club is seeking highly motivated candidates with at least 5 years of A la Carte experience to join our team. This position offers year-round employment with particularly high activity levels during the summer months.
The typical work hours for this role are as follows:
- Lunch shifts: Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Dinner shifts: Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm Additionally, occasional Monday and Tuesday banquets may be required.
Full-time employees will receive comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vacation benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing A la Carte stations efficiently
- Proficient in cleaning and butchering all types of meats and seafood
- Ensuring proper rotation of food products to maintain freshness
- Contributing to the development of daily specials and menu items
- Assisting with banquet preparation and service as needed
- Performing regular kitchen maintenance and adhering to established procedures
