Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing
- Daily Invoicing
- Daily Cash Receipts
- Accounts Payable/Receivables
- Administer Company Credit Card Program
- Assist with Monthly Balance Sheet Schedule Reconciliations
- Prepare Bi-Weekly Payroll Journal Entries, Monthly Recurring Journal Entries
- Assist with Fixed Asset Management
- Electronic Filing of Sales Tax Returns
- Maintain Electronic Document Storage System
- Other Accounting and Business Flow Duties as Required
Experience and Education Requirements
- Accounting Degree Preferred
- 2 years Accounting Experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Products
- Proficient in Data Entry
- ERP Experience with Global Shop Preferred
