Duties:
- Perform various construction and trade-related tasks as assigned
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape materials as required
- Install and repair various components such as siding, stucco, drywall, cabinets, windows, doors, and other various finish trim components (interior and exterior)
- Construct and assemble frameworks, including walls, floors and decks
- Install wide array of residential and commercial exterior accessories
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in trades such as siding, stucco, drywall, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, frame carpentry, or remodeling
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
