RugDoctor is Hiring a Product Pack Out Packer Near Fenton, MO

Rug Doctor is hiring a full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:30p, Product Pack-Out Packer responsible for assembling the various gift packs and pack out inserts in the distribution of Rug Doctor machines and products at our Fenton, MO facility.
Pay is $17 to $18 an hour.We are looking for candidates like you that like to work independently, have a successful record of accomplishment, and can self-manage their productivity in a fast-paced environment. If this position fits you, we want to hear from you!Essential Functions:

Assembling a range of product pack-out kits
Distinguish different products for each pack-out being assembled.
Assist in keeping all needed supplies stocked and organized as set by the Supervisor.
May operate material handling equipment; including vacuum lift and forklift, which would require the ability to become forklift certified.
Operate forklift as needed.
Participates in inventory cycle counts.
Promote a positive and cohesive work environment.
Handle miscellaneous related duties and assignments as required.

Skills/Abilities:

High school diploma or GED
Forklift certifiable with valid driver’s license and good driving record
Microsoft Office skills (a plus)
Detail oriented with good basic mathematical aptitude and memory retention.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Organizational skills with attention thoroughness and accuracy with good communication, written and verbal skills.
Self-motivation and a positive attitude with the ability to work well with others.
Good attendance with ability to work as scheduled and work overtime as needed.
Ability to perform all duties safely & use discretion to prevent injuries.

Physical Demands:

Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment.
Must be physically fit enough to regularly bend, stoop, move from ground level to higher levels, raise/lift from ground level and lift up to 50 lbs., and manually transport a load up to 75 lbs.
