Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Prep and clean blacktop surfaces to apply sealer
-Maintain and keep a clean working area while following safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
