• Now Hiring Store Manager / Social Media Manager

We are excited to be moving our store down a few blocks to the core of Frisco Main Street! We are currently hiring for the Store Manager position. This role involves retail selling, decorating and merchandising the store, website order fulfillment, and assisting with social media & marketing. There can be Social Media Management opportunities for someone with an interest and experience that would involve posting to our page, creating stories and reels about our new fashion trends.

Ruby Jane & Valleygirl Boutiques are known for stylish, unique and affordable fashion, accessories and home decor throughout the mountains of Colorado and along the front range. Store Manager Qualifications:

• Store Manager: Must be available to work 35-40 hours, one weekend day most weekends, & during the holiday seasons (closed on Christmas day & Thanksgiving day)
• Organized and structured individual with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Friendly and approachable customer service
• Professional, trustworthy, reliable and honest
• Work independently and enjoy creating unique visual displays

Responsibilities

• Build store schedules, hire and train new staff
• Assist with website order fulfillment & customer communications
• Assist with providing photos and content for social media posts
• For someone with Social Media interest, there is an opportunity to manage our social media page, posting stories, reels etc.
• Receive new merchandise shipments and create new visual store displays
• This position reports directly to the owner and works alongside other amazing store managers on a very supportive team.
• Oversee all daily operations
• Maintain the boutique's customer service and store standards

Compensation:

• Hourly pay up to $33 /hour based on experience, includes monthly bonuses on monthly sales goals
• Two weeks of earned vacation days, annually earned PTO/sick days
• 40% Discounts on select retail
