We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Saas Release Manager to join our dynamic team. Your primary goal will be to manage our SaaS product delivery by driving coordination among engineering teams, stakeholders, and to align all groups toward speedy, high quality releases. As the Release Manager you will drive the improvement of our releases management processes through the lifecycle of validation and deployment. You will do this by collaborating with all stakeholders in the software development process. Additionally, you will have strong input into improving the tooling and processes for building and deploying software at high velocity. At the core you are a program manager with sufficient functional experience to understand the components of the release and how their technical complexity affects the release schedule and risks. You will be required to manage complex situations while evaluating risks and balancing them against business goals and priorities.
You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy while managing multiple tasks and priorities in the course of a normal day. You will need exceptional management skills and technical expertise while you collaborate with engineering managers to deliver releases on a recurring basis. You will drive release metrics improvements and you will communicate the current release status and deliver process improvements in a timely manner.
