Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of 6 Enterprise Sales Executives
  • Creating and executing on a plan to hit targets and exceed them
  • Driving a culture of pipeline generation via personal pg, channel and SDRs.
  • Coaching team members on customer calls, providing feedback and adding value to those conversations
  • Participating in the wider UKI sales leaderships enablement initiatives
  • Build and retain the partner ecosystem and work closely with focused partners to foster collaboration and opportunity
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the region and a key member of the EMEA Management team.
  • Drive accurate team forecasting practice in line with management expectations.
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership / management & experience, on working with complex Enterprise organizations (cross vertical)
  • 5 years as an individual contributor in SaaS Subscription sales
  • Ideally have relevant domain experience across backup, cloud, datacenter & security / SaaS environments or a technical sales background.
  • Proven track record in a sales-driven organizations.
  • Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
  • Leader and self-motivated.
  • Understands & uses MEDDPICC as a sales qualification tool as well as Command of the message.
  • Proven hands-on experience coaching Pipeline Generation (PG) activities as well as having accomplished them as an individual contributor
