Job Overview

Join our dynamic team for a summer internship opportunity at Rubies Costumes. We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about the Halloween industry to join us in various departments including Product Development, Licensing, Design, Sourcing, and Sales. This internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship opportunities, and exposure to the exciting world of costumes and merchandise across all your favorite celebrations!

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and analyze industry trends.
• Maintain sales data for key accounts, ensuring timely updates and organization.
• Engage directly with customers to assess their needs and deliver comprehensive assistance with questions and product information.
• Provide administrative support to the sales department.
• Gain hands-on experience in order entry processing and EDI systems.

Job Competencies

• Must be currently enrolled in College or University.
• Preferred Majors: Business, Economics, or Public Relations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have a passion for the Halloween industry and pop-culture.
• Understanding of the wholesale industry a plus.
• Must be able to commute to our office and work on-site.
