This position is responsible for the assembly of pneumatic de-icer products. This process begins by reading and interpreting blueprint drawings, specifications, and manufacturing work instructions to determine materials requirements and assembly procedures.
This build process involves stacking and joining together layers of materials using various adhesives, operating a pneumatic rolling table (TLM), and using hand tools like rollers and scissors.
De-icer builders are responsible for the production of quality parts in a timely manner. A candidate for this position should be a people person who works well with a team and collaborate with people from other departments as well as working independently.
