This position is responsible for administrative tasks associated with shipping and receiving and is an office hourly position.

Work Schedule:

Day shift hours

Primary work location is 1520 E 8th Street, Winona MN.

Responsibilities

• Process packing lists, labels, bills of lading in CIMPRO and other required documents for outgoing shipments
• Issue Correct Action Requests when vendors are not in compliance with sending Certificates of Analysis.
• Create/update reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Act as a back-up office personnel
• Export documentation
• Stock transferring-handle all plant material movement
• Handle the terms and conditions of export licensing
• Process Receiving Materials
• Process Non-Receiving Materials
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work process, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and stand for an 8-hour shift
• Must be able to read and follow manuals and procedures
• Must be able to maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed, up to every other weekend
• Must be willing and able to work in temperature extremes – hot and cold
• Must be able to pass a forklift test
• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Education and Experience

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred forklift experience
• Preferred previous manufacturing experience

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• While performing the duties of the job, the employee may be required to sit for long periods of time as well as look at a computer screen.
