Role OverviewThe TAB Technician works with a variety of internal and external project teams and collaborates directly with the primary client communicating the TAB process. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for making independent decisions on TAB procedures, problems, and methods.
Responsible for coordinating TAB process with primary client and contracting team.
Requires the use of advanced techniques and modification and extension of theories and practices of the field.
Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute client relationships.
Support design staff by reviewing design documentation to verify constructability, maintenance access, and operating controls.
Document TAB process and compile information in final TAB report.
Responsible for project set up utilizing RTM specific website.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of active TAB work, including recent experience with independent or lead TAB efforts.
Delivered TAB services on a variety of projects ranging from small-scale to large-scale projects– on schedule and within budget
Having managed workflow and deliverables for multiple projects meeting project schedules
Seasoned in customer-facing project discussions and meetings including communicating and coordinating the TAB process and providing issues resolution services
Ability to mentor less-experienced staff in this discipline
Ability to work independently as well as leading support staff
Experience at system troubleshooting systems issues in the field
Preferred Skills
Team-oriented, professional, self-starter with a positive attitude and multi-tasking capability.
Travel Requirements
Travel to the project site is expected to perform site observations and TAB procedures. Travel will be variable and will be dependent on project schedules.
