Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. This is a full-time position. We are looking for someone to fill our Weekend RN Supervisor positon. The schedule for this position is Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Generally, the shift will be 8-10hrs, but may be 12hrs on occasions.

Duties:
- Perform health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive care
- Provide health coaching and support to patients
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care in electronic health records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Missouri
- Proficiency in medication administration, including IV infusion
- Knowledge of documentation requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient needs
