Job Details
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance is required. CPA certification is required.
• Extensive tax experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of HNWI, International, Non-Profit, or S C Corp tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is essential.
• Leadership and managerial skills Proven experience in leading and managing a team of tax professionals. Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Excellent communication skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop practical solutions. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
• Client-focused mindset A strong commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships. Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored tax solutions.
