Job Description:
The Data Entry Assistant helps with various data entry, data analytics product creation, and data tool maintenance. This position is vital to the daily operations of RSC Mechanical as well as the company's ability to adapt to the changing technological landscape. The data team objectives are to increase perceived organizational support, collect and analyze data to support business decisions and develop interactive tools and insightful reports.
Responsibilities:
- Enter employee information into our database, sheets, and various tools.
- Review data for errors and make corrections. Report unusual findings to supervisor.
- Provide follow-up regarding questions, errors, inconsistencies and develop appropriate resolutions with a variety of departments.
- Work in accordance with privacy guidelines for company and employee sensitive information.
- Perform weekly and monthly maintenance on essential operational tools and documents.
- Participate in the creation and development of new products and tools.
- Maintain and update accurate company website information and resources for technicians.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required.
- Additional diplomas, credits and/or certificates in related fields are a bonus.
- High knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook with an emphasis in Excel is required
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Experience working in data entry software and maintaining detailed information.
- Excel (Required)

- Power BI (Optional)
- Ability to effectively work within deadlines and with changing priorities.
- Organized and detailed oriented person.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn new things is important for success within our company.
