```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our team. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment. This position requires strong knowledge of safety protocols, risk management, and construction management software.

Duties:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Train employees on safety protocols and procedures
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare reports
- Maintain records of safety training, incidents, and inspections
- Collaborate with management to develop safety improvement plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with construction management software for tracking safety data
- Strong understanding of risk management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends for continuous improvement
- Certification in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) is preferred
