Job Description Summary: As Jr. Application Engineer, you will be working on a team that is responsible to administer the multiple 3rd party applications that Roadrunner relies on. Working with experienced professionals, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our IT applications to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Critical Job Functions: 3rd Party Application Support: Support and administer 3rd party applications needed to operate the business. Assist end users with problem resolutions and answer user requests related to the 3rd party applications. Support the implementation of security policy and audit user access controls. Documentation and Training: Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to improve the documentation and training materials available for internal and external customers. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent IT work experience. Strong interest in software application technologies and systems administration.
