**Job Summary:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being. **Responsibilities:** - Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation - Provide emotional support and companionship - Monitor and record vital signs as needed - Implement behavior management techniques to support individuals with challenging behaviors - Support individuals in community integration and participation in social activities - Maintain a clean and safe living environment - Administer medications under the direction of healthcare professionals **Requirements:** - Experience in senior care, childcare, assisted living, or related field is preferred - Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) - Ability to manage behaviors effectively and compassionately - Familiarity with nursing home or care facility environments - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
