We are seeking individuals who have a passion for coaching business owners, a knack for public speaking, and a deep understanding of the roofing industry dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a coach and mentor to roofing business owners, helping them enhance their sales techniques, improve business operations, and achieve greater success. -
• Deliver impactful presentations from stage, effectively communicating the benefits of our coaching program to potential clients. -
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of mergers and acquisitions in the roofing industry and guide clients through these processes. -
• Maintain your own sales responsibilities by selling roofing products and services directly to customers. -
• Set appointments for other roofing owners, showcasing the value of coaching and consulting services offered by Lee Haight.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in roofing sales and a solid understanding of the industry. -
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. - Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities. -
• Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions in the roofing industry. -
• Ability to balance personal sales responsibilities while setting appointments for coaching and consulting services.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
