Part-Time Analyst Intern - Summer 2024

Phoenix, AZ - RRA is doing something truly unique in the commercial real estate lending space. We are rethinking traditional approaches to private credit investing in order to generate enhanced risk-adjusted returns for our investors. We do this through direct lending strategies targeting experienced real estate operators across the US, while simultaneously optimizing our capital stack through a variety of innovative structures.

This twelve (12) week Leadership Development Program is an intense and highly immersive program designed to give RRA interns exceptional experience in the investment space and prepare them better for a career in the finance industry. Previous RRA interns have been able to create strategic initiatives with software, crowdfunding, and other program advancements that have dramatically impacted the course of the company. Interns in our program not only accomplish critical tasks that need to be completed but also energize the culture of the firm with a fresh perspective.

The ideal candidate in this role will be a student working toward a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics. We’re looking for someone that exemplifies organization, attention to detail, self-motivation, creativity, and problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Intern, you will be responsible for supporting RRA team members in a variety of tasks including research, analysis, administration and other tasks related to RRA’s primary lines of business including fund marketing, loan originations, sales, underwriting, asset management, and other tasks as needed. No task should be too small or large for you to tackle. Each intern will receive training and industry certifications in their area of discipline, as well as, the opportunity to do creative research development projects with our leadership team.
